Illustrative order timeline

  1. Save the company facts and intake.
  2. Review scope, separate fees and renewal terms.
  3. Approve the exact saved inputs.
  4. Authorize any provider work separately.
  5. Record actual submission and agency outcome.
  6. Deliver original evidence and next actions.

No step implies a guaranteed filing date or acceptance.

Migration and reconciliation checklist

  1. Confirm the client’s permission and the scope of delegated access.
  2. Export source company records and original evidence; retain a recovery copy.
  3. Map the five supported CSV fields and preview the import.
  4. Review invalid dates, duplicate names and conflicting identifiers; resolve conflicts in the company record.
  5. Compare source and destination counts and inspect a representative sample.
  6. Assign owners and confirm reporting dates against official sources.
  7. Verify client access and revocation, then export a portable sample.
  8. Approve the reconciled inventory before changing any fulfillment responsibility.

Reconciliation example

For three source rows: one new company is ready, one matches an existing record, and one has a conflicting identifier. Import the ready row, retain the matching record, and resolve the conflicting identifier against original evidence before proceeding. The preview is advisory until you explicitly commit.

The CSV contains two fictional rows. Replace them with authorized customer records before using Operations → Portfolio imports. The template contains no EIN, passwords or banking details.
