Draft policy · review required
This draft explains Startup To Corporate's intended data practices and must be reviewed and completed with the operating company's legal name, address, retention schedule, and final vendor list before general commercial launch.
Startup To Corporate may collect account details, workspace and entity information, compliance-profile answers, tasks, documents, team invitations, support messages, and checkup responses you choose to save.
Information is used to authenticate users, provide and personalize the service, generate requested records, maintain security, respond to support, and improve reliability.
Startup To Corporate records limited conversion and product-usage events, such as homepage views, checkup progress, account creation, first-use milestones, and subscription starts. Public funnel events use a randomly generated browser identifier and do not intentionally include names, email addresses, checkup answers, or document contents.
Startup To Corporate uses hosting, authentication, database, storage, and operational service providers. The final policy must identify material subprocessors and reflect signed vendor terms.
Account information is intended to be retained while an account is active and as reasonably necessary for security, legal, and operational purposes. Final retention and deletion periods must be documented before launch.
Users may update workspace information, adjust available notifications, and request account or data assistance by contacting support@startuptocorporate.com.
Startup To Corporate uses administrative and technical safeguards but no system is risk-free. Material policy changes should be dated and communicated as required.
